Minutes of last meeting: The minutes of the December 18, 2012 meeting were approved as read.
Treasurer's Report: SBE Chapter two granted a $300.00 Scholarship to Johnson College which leaves our balance at $326.31
Old Business: There was no old business.
New Business: The next meeting will be on March 6th, time and place to be posted on the web site and sent to the mailing list.
Presentation: Rhode and Schwartz gave a presentation on efficiency improvments in solid state UHF TV transmitters.

Treasurer's Report: There was no activity since the last meeting which leaves our balance at $326.31

New Business: The next meeting will be sometime in April, time and place to be posted on the web site and sent to the mailing list.
Presentation: Paul Rumo of Satellite Engeneering Group gave a presentation on CATV in house distribution systems.

The meeting was called to order by Joe Glynn at 1:01 PM
Joe noted that both John Koons and Bob Reite were absent so we would forgo the minutes of the last meeting and finanical report.
Joe then asked everyone in attendance to say who they were and where they where they were from.
Joe then thanked everyone from coming and introduced Dean Robbins of WVIA. Dean has over 15 years of experience in data-centers working with fortune 500 companies. He has also worked in areas of security, large data storage (1.5 petabite) and IP planning for schemas and routig.
Presentation: Dean gave a lectuer style presentation about the seven layers of IT architecture.

Minutes of last meeting: The minutes of the last meeting were not available.
Treasurer's Report: Chapter two received the chapter rebate of $203.80. The current balance is $530.11.
Old Business: We currently have no chapter sponsors. SBE Chapter two received a plaque from the national office for being the number two chapter in recruting members. This took us by surprise, until we were informed that the formula is also based on market size.
New Business: The next meeting will be the annual Christmas party and annual elections meeting, to be held on December 18th at 7:00 PM.
Presentation: Dean Robbins fielded questions about IT in the broadcast environment. Members also discussed possible topics for meetings in 2014.
