Meeting called to order at 1:04 PM by vice chairman Joe Glynn
Minutes of the December 17, 2025 meeting were approved as read.
Treasury Report: current balance is $426.55 after $350 donation to Johnson College for scholarship.
Old Business: According to the SBE Chapter 2 bylaws, Elections are to be held at the December meeting. It was suggested to have a meeting the first week in December just for the elections then have the holiday party 2nd or 3rd week of December. Bob Reite commented that this is the first time in twenty years that the December meeting had to be rescheduled. It was also suggested that the bylaws be amended to move the elections to a date in the fall, the new term of office could still take effect on January 1st of the next year. It was decided to table futher discussion until the next meeting that chairman Al Kornak could be present for.
